We’ve tried to make the process of renting as simple as possible and if you have any questions or specific requests please do drop us a line

Place your order
Pick your gear and head to checkout. You’ll see the full cost, including delivery. We ship and collect anywhere in mainland UK — free for orders over £200.

Confirm your identity
If it’s your first time renting, we’ll need to verify your ID and address. A driving licence or passport works great. You’ll only need to do this once if you create an account.
You’ll also need to arrange equipment insurance for the duration of the hire and we will require proof of this. If you need any help with this do just ask and we will be happy to help.

Pay deposit
Once your ID and insurance are confirmed, we’ll request a deposit based on the value of the gear. You’ll see the amount at checkout. We’ll take the payment before shipping.

Check your kit
Your gear will arrive the morning before your hire begins, so you’ve got time to check it all works perfectly. If anything’s off, let us know straight away — we’ll sort it.

Return the kit
Pack everything back the way it came — most of our gear comes in Peli cases so it’s easy. Our courier will collect it the morning after your final hire day. Once we’ve checked everything over, we’ll refund your deposit.
